Stephanie is an internationally certified yoga instructor (200 YTT, Zuna School of Yoga, Bali) who believes that yoga can offer profound health benefits to all, regardless of one’s stance on its deeper spiritual and metaphysical philosophies. 

Stephanie incorporates breathing techniques with yoga flows and meditation to bring these benefits to beginners and experienced yogis alike. Her anatomically-informed sequencing prepares the body to step safely into deeper postures, during sessions which build strength and balance while boosting metabolism, mood, and focus. Stephanie teaches in Islamabad.

In association with HunzaOnFoot, Stephanie is running a unique 5-day yoga retreat in the heart of Hunza valley from 29 April - 4 May, 2017. During the retreat, cleansing and energising morning yoga will be paired with grounding, restorative evening yoga, to build strength and balance while boosting metabolism, mood, and focus. The yoga programme will be complemented by flavoursome Hunza cuisine, renowned for its health benefits.


During the day you'll get a taste of the classic HunzaOnFoot experience, exploring breathtaking local scenery, ancient Silk Route settlements, and drifting away into the edges of the Wakhan Corridor.
